Obituary for Domynick Donald Milis

Domynick Donald Milis, age 21, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. He was born on April 17, 1999 the son of Daniel and Tina (Larsen) Milis. He graduated from Omro High School in 2017 and attended UW-Whitewater as a senior, pursuing a degree in elementary education. He loved hiking, kayaking, being a daredevil, and everything “outdoors.” Domynick had a passion for giving back to youth, which included establishing the Omro Youth Running Club. Further, he coached Omro Middle School Cross Country and his brother’s youth baseball team. Domynick will be remembered for his huge heart and his passion to give back.

Domynick is survived by his parents; sister, Dakota Milis; brother, Drake Milis; bonus siblings: Koral, Kayin and Kayona; grandparents: Cindy and Larry Larsen; great-grandmother, Rogene Larsen; many loving aunts, uncles and cousins; and his fur-baby, Luna. He was preceded in death by his sister and best friend, Danycka; grandparents, Lois and Donald Milis; and cousins, Jordan and Clint.

A visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until a prayer service at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at COMMUNITY CHURCH, 2351 Ryf Rd., Oshkosh. The visitation will continue at church on Wednesday, January 13, from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Karl Kramer and Rev. Kristen Lowe officiating. Burial will be in Omro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family who will be establishing a scholarship fund. Online condolences may be expressed at www.omrofuneralhome.com.
